Take A Minute To Check In

Number three…

We lost another one this year.

It’s surreal at the amount of loss in a person’s life and how each person handles it differently.

It’s interesting to see how we handle things subconsciously as well.

We may not realize we’re doing it, but we are dealing with situations every day. Even when we think we’ve dealt with it or when we’ve been hiding from it, how we’re living is how we’re dealing.

I find myself checking up on people today; checking in with myself.

Check in with your people. It may seem like it’s all good in the hood, but pay attention. To them and to yourself.

They may need you more than you know.

You may need more than you know.
