There’s something to concentrating on what you’re grateful for everyday versus just one time of the year.
I started a Gratitude journal and at first, I tried to include it in my morning routine and moved it to my whinedown time. Then I started thinking today.
Looking for everything I’m grateful for as I’m moving through the day so I can have so much to write in my journal. I wanted more depth to my list and now I’ve spent most of the morning looking at all the great things in my life.
I’ve avoided frustration and kind of just rolled through those moments I would normally hold on to for the rest of the day.
Don’t get me wrong, this is a little harder than I’m laying out, but concentrating on the gratitude helps to concentrate on the good.
It hasn’t come overnight.
And I had to ask for help from that big being in the sky, but the doors that have opened with more understanding of what it is that big being can do for us.
Another step forward is causing less steps back.
Just have to walk with the right…hand.
